This website does not collect your data

This site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no database and no server that receives form submissions. Nothing you type into the Plan Your Trip form is transmitted to us by the website or stored on it: the form assembles your answers into a message on your own device and hands that message to WhatsApp, which you then choose to send or not.

Two things are kept on your own device, never on a server of ours. Your language preference, so the site opens in the language you chose last time, stays until you clear your browser's site data. What you type into the contact form or the Plan Your Trip steps is held in your browser's session storage so you do not lose it if you reload or move between steps; it is deleted when you close the tab, and you can clear it earlier by clearing the site data. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no advertising or tracking scripts.

What we receive when you contact us

When you send us a WhatsApp message we receive whatever you have written: typically your name, your phone number, your travel dates, your group size and what you are looking for. If you write to us on Instagram, we receive what that platform shows us.

We use that information for one purpose: to answer you, prepare a quote and coordinate your stay.

What we do not ask for

We do not ask for card numbers, passport scans or identity documents through this website or through a chat message. If a booking requires documentation, it is handled through the booking agreement, not through an open chat.

Who else sees it

To arrange a stay we share the minimum necessary with the people delivering it — a property host, a driver, a guide, a chef. WhatsApp and Instagram are operated by third parties under their own privacy policies, which apply to messages sent through them.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to keep a record of the arrangements made.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us on WhatsApp and we will confirm what we have done.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not run advertising trackers and does not set advertising or profiling cookies. If a privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics tool is added in future, this policy will be updated before it is switched on.
