Availability and prices
Nothing on this website is a confirmed booking, a live availability calendar or a binding price. Properties, services and experiences shown here are subject to availability at the time of your request.
Prices are confirmed in a written quote for your dates, your group size and your requirements, including currency and what the amount covers. Where a price appears on this site, it applies only under the conditions stated next to it and does not include anything not listed.
Bookings, deposits and cancellations
Payment methods, the payment schedule, any deposit and the cancellation terms are set out in the quote and booking agreement for your stay. They vary by property and by date, and the agreement prevails over anything summarised on this website.
Properties
The properties presented here form a curated portfolio. They are not all owned by Luxe Society Travel Group. House rules, capacity, and permission for events or parties differ by property and are confirmed in writing before booking.
Exact addresses and access details are shared with confirmed guests only.
Third-party activities and vendors
Tours, transport, wellness treatments, culinary services, security and similar services may be delivered by independent providers. They are subject to their own terms, safety rules and conditions, and to weather, road and operating conditions on the day.
Medical or wellness treatments are administered by qualified practitioners who decide their suitability. No health outcome is promised. Jewellery and gemstones are supplied by independent sellers; any statement about a specific stone comes from the seller's own documentation.
Guest conduct
Guests are responsible for complying with each property's house rules and with Colombian law during the stay. Events, parties, additional guests and noise limits require the written authorisation of the specific property.
Communication by WhatsApp
Enquiries are handled by WhatsApp. By sending a message from this website you are choosing to open a conversation with us on that platform, under its own terms. Please do not send identity documents, card numbers or other sensitive data by chat.
