The concierge is the part of the service you notice least and rely on most. Before you arrive, it is the person turning your dates into an itinerary, holding the restaurant table, briefing the driver and confirming what each property allows. During the stay, it is whoever answers when the plan changes.
Reservations, nightlife, schedules, vendors, a table for fourteen on a Saturday, a chef at short notice, a car at 5am for the airport: this is the work. It runs on WhatsApp, in English or Spanish, at whatever hour your group is actually awake.
