A bilingual concierge who knows the city, reachable through your whole stay.
Before you arrive, the concierge turns your dates into an itinerary, holds the tables, briefs the driver and confirms what each property allows. During the stay, it is whoever answers when the plan changes — at whatever hour your group is actually awake.

Host service means a professional host and local assistance — nothing else. Any statement about a specific emerald comes from the seller's documentation, never from us.
Transportation
Airport pickup, private vehicles and group logistics — the same driver network from landing to departure.
Your flight number is all we need to start. From there, the same drivers take you to the property, to dinner, to the tour and back to the airport, with the timing already agreed with the concierge.

Some nights belong in the city; some belong at the house. We arrange both: reservations at the restaurants that matter, and private chefs, premium BBQ, American breakfast and bartenders at the property, with premium ingredients and service included.

Nightlife
Tables, entry, timing and the ride home — the city's nights, arranged before you go out.
Medellín's nightlife is one of its real draws, and it is much better with someone who knows which nights are worth it. The concierge books the tables, handles entry and coordinates cars so nobody is negotiating at a door at 1am.

Private Events
Birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette trips, milestone dinners — produced end to end, in properties that expressly allow it.
The property is confirmed first, in writing, for events. Then the DJ, the bartender, the chef and the production are built around the group and the house.

Large groups are where coordination shows. Several houses in the portfolio sleep twenty or more, and the transport, dining, security and schedule are run by the same team, so the group never has to organise itself.
